Com 2 microfones integrados permite aos participantes que estejam longe entender os particpantes em som estereo. A videoconferênçia Polycom HDX 4500 oferece uma grande flexibilidade devido á função multi ponto integrada (em opção) que permite vários sites serem mostrados em linha de uma maneira fácil e rápida.
